Job Description Description - Enforce intellectual property infringements, which will include types of counterfeit, copyright, trademark, and patent infringement - Develop analytical and real-world insights aimed at finding suspected counterfeit items and deciding whether it is a counterfeit - Support in executing both long- and short-term department objectives as it relates to online investigations - Maintain an online reporting system and database to include grey market activity and counterfeit investigations Policy Enforcement - Monitor and own start-to-end process for investigating unauthorized resellers of RAM Mounts products across all 3rd party platforms - Enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across all 3rd party platforms - Assist in monthly data aggregation of distributor sell-through reports - Own start-to-end process for communicating and enforcing RAMs Do Not Sell List - Review, audit and approve associated Authorized Partner Policy documents - Follow through with weekly cadence reports to distribution partners Data Analysis and Reporting - Compiling and writing reports of findings (counterfeit reporting, test buys, etc.) Sales Support - Manage 3P reseller book of business Operations Support - Finding new and innovative ways to better protect brand interests - Identify and develop internal process improvements to improve individual and team throughput Requirements - Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred - Previous knowledge of trademarks or intellectual property not required, but preferred - 4+ year of ecommerce platform management a plus Interpersonal Skills - Team player with no ego, willing to roll up their sleeves where no task is too large or small - High degree of curiosity, self-initiative, attention to detail, competency and motivation to find answers - Skilled in logic and able to solve complex puzzles - Comfort with the learning curve/constant change that comes with operating in the fast-moving, ever-changing world of ecommerce - Able to wear many hats and can easily shift perspective; ability to easily and independently conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines - Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently, agility in decision making, and able to produce accurate end-results in line with the bigger picture - Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with integrity, maturity, and reliability; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential - Responds well to questions and leadership direction - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Role:System Security Engineer Industry Type:Animation & VFX Department:IT & Information Security Employment Type:Full Time, Permanent Role Category:IT Security Education UG:Any Graduate PG:Post Graduation Not Required
