Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned commerce professional to lead our team of Shopify developers. Main Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor up to 4 skilled Shopify developers, providing guidance and expertise to drive business growth.Store Development: Design, build, and optimize high-performance Shopify Plus stores that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Checkout Customization: Develop innovative checkout experiences using Shopify Checkout Extensibility, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.Payment Integration: Implement and manage secure payment gateway integrations with Stripe, Adyen, and JPMC, ensuring seamless transactions and reduced risk.UI/UX Expertise: Create responsive, visually appealing UI using Liquid, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS, delivering exceptional customer experiences.Headless Commerce: Contribute to headless commerce implementations using Hydrogen or Next.js, empowering flexible and scalable e-commerce solutions.API Integration: Integrate GraphQL & REST APIs with third-party applications, driving data-driven decision making and enhanced operational efficiency.Middleware and OMS Integrations: Work on middleware and OMS integrations to support agile commerce operations, ensuring seamless order management and fulfillment processes.Tax Platform Integration: Implement and maintain Avalara tax platform integration, ensuring accurate tax calculations and compliance.Agile Methodologies: Collaborate using Git (GitHub/GitLab) and manage CI/CD pipelines, working within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases and meet business objectives.
