We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales and Support Representatives, specifically focusing on our international processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound communications with international customers regarding products and services. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly. - Assist sales teams by supporting the coordination of sales efforts and updating relevant records. - Deliver product information and service explanations to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of international orders and customer requests. - Stay up-to-date with promotions, product offerings, and operational changes to effectively support customers. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and timely responses. Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in customer sales and support roles, preferably in an international context. - Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; additional language proficiency is a plus. - Experience with CRM software and sales support tools. - Proven customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving. - A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively in a team. - Strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
