Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting business targets in allotted time period.
- Pure B2B and B2C job profile.
- Preferably working experience in Startup.
- Organising meetings and closing Business Deals and tie ups with various hospitals ,diagnostic centres, Pathological Labs,Doctors blood banks and other healthcare facilities.
- Explain our business module and convert the meetings into tie ups.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
- Should Have knowledge of Sales through E-commerce Model.
- Should Have flair Knowledge of Medical and Non Medical Healthcare Products.
- Need to Have Good Presentation Skill and also should have knowledge of Digital Platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs from reputed University (Preferably Healthcare specialisation or Sales and Marketing ) and 4+ years in Healthcare Industry.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skill.
- Excellent networks with hospitals and Healthcare Service Provider in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
