Job Description Customer Service Executive Voice Process (BPO) Description We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our Voice Process hiring in across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive approach to customer inquiries and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. - Understand customer needs, identify issues, and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. - Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. - Meet daily/weekly targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction. - Provide product/service information and assist customers with troubleshooting. - Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data. Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: High School Diploma/Graduate in any stream. - Experience: - 06 years in customer service/BPO voice process (freshers welcome). - Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal communication in English (and additional languages as needed). - Clear pronunciation and active listening skills. - Technical Skills: - Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Soft Skills: - Problem solving, patience, empathy, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure. Work Conditions - Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts depending on process). - Work Mode: On-site ( Office ) - Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai - Salary: Based on experience + incentives.
