Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development to join our team for VRetail. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAAS, IT Sales, and B2B environments. This role is crucial for driving our sales strategy and enhancing our data management capabilities within the enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for Data Vault solutions tailored to enterprise clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Provide expert guidance on Data Vault methodologies and best practices to clients and internal teams.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Data Vault solutions to potential clients.

Mentor and train junior sales staff on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in SAAS, IT Sales, and B2B sectors.

Strong understanding of Data Vault concepts and methodologies.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform sales strategies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Familiarity with data management and analytics solutions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
