Job Description ob Title: Senior SDR Manager / Manager Sales Development Location: Bangalore Experience: 12+ Years (Minimum 5 years in Leadership) Industry: IT / SaaS / Technology Team Size Managed: 1520 SDRs Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SDR Manager with a strong IT background to lead and scale our Sales Development function. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large SDR teams, driving pipeline growth, establishing outbound strategies, and ensuring consistent performance. Career stability and people leadership capability are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing SDR team of 1520 members including senior SDRs and team leads. - Define and implement outbound prospecting strategies across targeted IT/Tech segments. - Drive weekly and monthly KPIs: SQLs, pipeline contribution, outreach volume, conversion ratios, etc. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, targeting, and demand generation. - Hire, onboard, and train SDRs, ensuring consistent ramp-up and productivity. - Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver feedback, and plan individual development paths. - Build data-backed forecasting, reporting, and dashboards to track activity and pipeline metrics. - Ensure career stability, process discipline, and operational excellence within the team. - Optimize tools and technologies used for prospecting (HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). - Create a high-energy, growth-driven culture within the SDR org. Required Skills & Experience - 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years managing SDR teams in IT/SaaS/B2B technology companies. - Demonstrated experience managing 1520 SDRs plus handling leads/managers. - Strong understanding of the global IT market, SaaS sales cycle, and enterprise buyer journey. - Proven expertise in building scalable outbound systems and meeting pipeline targets. - Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools. - Career stability in previous roles (minimum 23 years tenure in each role preferred). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with US/Europe regions. - Exposure to high-growth SaaS/IT product companies. - Certifications in sales management, CRM systems, or leadership (optional but preferred).
