Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, managerial, and leadership skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
- Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
- Support management in strategic decision-making with financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
- 512 years of experience in finance management, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
