Job Description

Role Overview

The CRM Account Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end CRM operations on LeadSquared, driving automation for lead generation and nurturing, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across QHT Clinic and TheURoots. The role focuses on improving client/patient engagement, data-driven insights, and process efficiency through CRM automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day CRM operations on LeadSquared, ensuring accurate data management and smooth process flow.
- Design and implement automation workflows for lead capture, distribution, follow-ups, patient/client engagement, and campaign tracking.
- Drive lead generation and upscaling of campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) through automation within LeadSquared.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and integration of automation with existing processes.
- Track, analyze, and report CRM & automation performance using LeadSquared dashboards.
- Ensure adoption of LeadSquared features across teams with training and support.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups through automated reminders and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Mandatory experience in LeadSquared CRM (automation workflows, campaign tracking, dashboards).
- Strong understanding of CRM automation and lead management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage CRM processes across two brands (QHT Clinic & TheURoots).

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 36 years of hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM.
- Experience in healthcare/wellness/service industries preferred.
