Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for new enterprise accounts across Retail, Distribution, FMCG, BFSI, and Services sectors, Machinery and Manufacturing, Telcecom, MVNO in the US.
- Identify and qualify prospects through outbound campaigns, events, referrals, and partner channels.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and map LionO360 solutions to business needs.
- Deliver impactful product demos, presentations, and solution workshops in collaboration with Presales & Solution Architects.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and account mapping strategies.
- Prepare tailored proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, handling procurement and compliance processes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure strong customer alignment and feedback loops.
- Represent LionO360 at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking forums across the US.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of enterprise sales / business development experience in the US market, with a focus on ERP & CRM solutions.
- Proven success in consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Familiarity with modern CRM, ERP, AI, eCommerce, or supply chain platforms.
- Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO, Heads of IT/Procurement).
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, LeadSquared, or similar CRMs.
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling ERP/CRM solutions in the US market.
- Knowledge of solution implementation, onboarding, and customer training.
- Exposure to partner/channel sales models
