Key Responsibilities Process and Review To close service tickets as per the stipulated turnaround time To help service sales team by generating service leads To communicate properly with customer and should be presentable in front of the customer To take care of installations of systems To oversee the installation and commissioning of energy systems including KVH optimization system renewable energy systems e g wind turbines solar panels and related infrastructure To ensure that systems are installed according to specifications and industry standards To perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on energy systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability To diagnose and repair faults in mechanical electrical and electronic systems To replace or upgrade components as needed to extend the life of the equipment To provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to identify and resolve issues with energy systems To rectify issues related to systems and co-ordinate with service sales team To maintain detailed records of service visits including maintenance performed parts replaced and issues resolved Engagement Rewards To maintain healthy motivating synergetic environment in the organization To participate in employee engagement activities like conducting themes spot recognition grievance handling and rewards based on monthly performance Behavioral aspect To work in team share best practices with each other support other team members To maintain positive attitude and enthusiasm To focus on skills-development To contribute to improvements in the workplace To maintain utmost confidentiality and integrity towards the organization To ensure care while using resources provided by the organization like laptops pen- drives etc Behavioral Competencies Communication skill Time management Attention to detail Conflict management Problem solving skills Interpersonal skills Flexibility Presentation skills Preferred Skills Strong technical knowledge of energy systems including electrical and mechanical components Proficiency in diagnostic tools software and equipment used in energy system maintenance Knowledge of installation and commissioning of systems Should work independently Location Ambernath Navi Mumbai Expected Qualification for This Position BE - Electrical Diploma - Electrical ITI - Electrical Required Experience BE - Electrical - 0 to 1 years Diploma - Electrical - 1 to 2 years ITI - Electrical 01 to 02 Year Fresher Can be Applied Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
