JD - Service Engineer Installation Commissioning for Instruments Onside offside service providing Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers concerns Communicating with clients engineers and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis Responds to clients complaints evaluates and resolves problems of the customer Basic troubleshooting installation maintenance and repair on designated equipment Analyzes inspects reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the clients demands Makes recommendations to maintenance technicians offers feedback on product development features functions Maintaining daily communications with clients to ensure resolution and proper follow up Delivering demonstration to ensure that clients are educated on safe and effective equipment use Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated Working as a member of the team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area You should also have the following qualifications have a working knowledge of Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or a relevant technical subject experience Hands-on experience on RS485 RS232 and 4-20mA signals Analytical knowledge must be good and able to calibrate the sensors Perform other duties as assigned or as needed Ability to measure AC and DC voltage current Installation and wiring knowledge Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Virar Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
