Key Responsibilities

- Category Strategy Development: Build and execute a comprehensive strategy for supplements aligned with brand goals and growth targets.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Drive product development, launch, performance tracking, and rationalization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights to fuel innovation.
- Pricing & Promotions: Design pricing and promotional strategies that balance profitability and competitiveness.
- Assortment Planning: Curate an optimized product portfolio that enhances consumer appeal and brand positioning.
- Sales & Growth: Partner with sales/marketing teams to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as category sales, profitability, and market share.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the consumer journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty align with brand values.
