Key Responsibilities

  • Category Strategy:
    Develop and implement growth strategies for the diagnostics/supplements category aligned with business goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    Lead product development, launches, performance monitoring, and rationalization.
  • Market Analysis:
    Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product innovation.
  • Pricing & Promotions:
    Build pricing and promotional strategies to balance profitability with competitiveness.
  • Assortment Planning:
    Curate and optimize the product mix to meet consumer demand and enhance brand value.
  • Sales & Growth:
    Partner with sales and marketing to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Vendor Management:
    Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate terms, ensure quality, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor KPIs—sales, profitability, and category growth—and drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience:
    Elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty through seamless category experiences.
