Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and self-drivenSales & Marketing Associateto lead our outdoor marketing and sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is passionate about pets, and is eager to help grow our brand visibility and customer base throughon-ground collaboration and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit pet shops, pet-friendly cafes, vet clinics, and pet supply stores to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Distribute marketing material like pamphlets, flyers, and posters in strategic high-footfall areas
- Identify and attend pet-related events, exhibitions, or local gatherings to represent the brand
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaborators
- Track daily visits, outcomes, and report progress to the sales/marketing manager
- Promote our services, including grooming, boarding, caf experiences, and fresh pet meals
- Collect leads and encourage walk-ins, trial visits, or free service vouchers where applicable
- Provide insights from field interactions to help improve marketing strategy

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in field sales, outdoor marketing, or brand promotions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable with outdoor travel and client-facing roles
- Passion for animals or prior experience in the pet industry is a plus
- Basic reporting skills and smartphone proficiency for tracking visits and leads
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
- Two-wheeler license preferred

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed base salary + Incentive
- Performance-based growth opportunities

Work Schedule:

- 6 Days a Week (Flexible hours based on outreach schedule and events)
- Weekend availability is required
