Draft maintenance reports that help measure and improve team performance. Schedule and assign work orders and proactive maintenance tasks. Prioritizing work across the team Perform inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality. Hiring, training of new employees. Enhance & build skill of existing team members. Maintain machines equipment in proper working conditions. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of all machine’s equipment. Make advance planning for preventive maintenance. Ensure minimize breakdown in terms of number, maintenance time. Establish and coordinate the maintenance function and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment is a robust condition. Daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance inspections and maintain records. Stock critical spare parts.
