a) Hands on experience in refrigerator industry and hands on experience in installation/breakdown handling/spare parts management of Part Process such as CRF, punching machine, Power press, bending machines, Coil Wrapping, Conveyors, Welding machine etc. and Paint shop

b) Responsible to attend the break down related to mechanical and prepare the spare part list.

c) Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives.

d) Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in providing reports on metrics associated with equipment performance on a regular basis.

e) Overseeing the maintenance of the production Machineries. Adherence to the annual Plan and machineries' maintenance Plan.

f) Maintaining the documents i.e., Breakdown why why analysis, CAPA, Kaizen and Machine history cards, Preventive Maintenance Check sheet

g) Ensuring the management and maintenance of optimal levels of spare parts

h) Ensuring all equipment is upgraded to meet or exceed all standards.

i) Creating purchase requests and gaining smooth approvals.

j) Overseeing the installation, removal, or movement of all machinery and equipment.
