Role Description Inside Sales Manager
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day inside sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating and nurturing leads, handling key accounts, and driving overall sales growth. The role involves direct interaction with prospective clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inside sales activities and maintain smooth sales operations
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Handle account management and drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall organizational objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting to senior management
- Contribute to revenue growth and support P&L management
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and strong sales skills
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Team management and leadership qualities
- Experience in the education or consultancy industry (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Understanding of Revenue and P&L management
