What role looks like:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our SaaS environment team. You will be driving to take our business to the next level with your proven track record selling into SaaS product organisations.
What youll Deliver:
- Develop implement creative and well-defined sales strategies to increase market share and penetration.
- Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue for different geographies. Set targets, monitor, review,and initiate action plans to achieve target KPIs.
- Actively work on entire sales lifecycle for new revenue and sales.
- Tracksalesteammetrics,sharethemwithcompanyleadership,analysedataonsalesresults,anddevelop plans to address performance gaps.
- Participates in sales calls independently and with members of the sales team to acquire new business.
- You will also develop proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
- Identify customer segments and new opportunities to improve the quality of the sales pipeline.
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
- Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
- Responsible for maintaining a 90% (MRR/ARR) renewal rate and for meeting quarterly and annual goals.
- Maintain timely renewals and manage renewal process from start to finish for all assigned opportunities.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Work with the partner ecosystem to build a Co-Sell motion to cover the territory
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences. Resolved escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Provide advanced negotiation expertise.
- Build and cultivate a stellar and high-performing team.
- Motivate and engage the sales team with monetary and non-monetary (intrinsic) motivational tactics, such as sales contests, lucrative incentive packages, prizes, and public recognition.
- Unite the team: ensure reps work as a positive unit and share their best practices.
- Set a good example for the team. Work according to company culture and values, ruthlessly prioritize, communicate well, and deliver results effectively.
- Ideally, What You Bring:Minimum 6+ years experience with full-cycle ownership for large/complex deals building consensus across key business decision-makers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Minimum 6+ Years of Enterprise SaaS sales cycle experience, preferably in project/work/task management software or other productivity tools
- Bachelor sdegreeorequivalentexperienceincustomersuccess,sales,businessdevelopmentoraccountmanagement
- Proven experience in building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
- Strong customer-facing, written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Should carry agile mindset and ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
- Process-driven with obsessive attention to detail.
- Must be flexible and open to Travel.
