We are a fast-growing recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with innovative companies across India and the US. We are now seeking a results-driven Lead Generator to fuel our growth pipeline.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities for our recruitment services in India and US markets. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and build a strong database of potential clients (startups, SMBs, enterprises) in India and the US.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other lead-gen tools for targeted outreach.
• Generate and qualify leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
• Build relationships with decision-makers (Founders, HR Leaders, Hiring Managers) to set up qualified meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and track lead generation KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team / senior management to design lead generation strategies for recruitment services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in both India and US recruitment markets.
Who We're Looking For:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of India and US markets and time zone flexibility to work with US prospects.
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both written & verbal).
• A go-getter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
