Qualifications - * 25 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or digital marketing environment. - * Proven expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and community management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Whatsapp. - * Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and how to measure ROI. - * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content. - * Experience with paid advertising on social platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). - * Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences. - * Knowledge of brand voice development and the ability to tailor content to different target audiences. - * Ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - * Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media optimization is a plus.
