We have open positions for Enterprise Account Manager - Services Sales .
Exp Level : 5 - 10+ years
Location : Bangalore - Near Indiranagar
Key Account Management: Opened and nurtured new enterprise accounts, developing a robust sales funnel aligned with strategic business objectives across assigned verticals.
Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently met and exceeded monthly and quarterly revenue targets across IT solutions and services.
Hardware & Infrastructure Sales: Spearheaded end-to-end sales for IT infrastructure, including Managed Services, Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Network, NOC/SOC, and IT Security.
IT Staffing & Resident Engineers: Delivered customized IT staffing solutions, including resident engineer deployments tailored to client-specific project needs.
Software Sales & Renewals: Managed full lifecycle of software licensing, subscriptions, and renewals across enterprise clients.
AMC & Service Delivery: Oversaw Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Device Uptime SLAs, FMS, Professional Services, and deployment of automation tools for service efficiency.
New Business Development: Secured new logos through strategic prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative selling approaches.
CXO & Stakeholder Engagement: Built and maintained trusted relationships with CXOs and senior IT decision-makers to ensure alignment with business goals and customer success.
Contract Negotiations: Led high-value contract negotiations, balancing profitability with long-term customer value and satisfaction.
OEM & Vendor Management: Collaborated with key OEMs (Dell, HP, Cisco, Lenovo, etc.) for solution design, pricing support, and deal closures.
Proposal & RFP Management: Created impactful proposals and managed end-to-end responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
