Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building client relationships, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks will include showcasing properties to potential clients, negotiating terms, preparing sales agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property valuation
- Ability to conduct market research and understand market trends
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
