Position: Area Sales Manager Hyderabad (Full-Time, On-Site) As an Area Sales Manager, you will be a driving force behind our market expansion in Hyderabad and the surrounding region. You will lead strategic sales initiatives, nurture lasting partnerships with educational institutions, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Hyderabad, in alignment with organisational goals. - Spearhead new business development, focusing on both direct sales and channel partnerships. - Build, mentor, and empower a high-performance sales teamigniting motivation and encouraging continuous learning. - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders: principals, educators, distributors, and institutional clients. - Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. - Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, expanding our reach to new schools and colleges. - Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and track progress through industry-standard CRM and analytics platforms. - Represent Sultan Chand & Sons at industry events, seminars, and conferences across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred. - Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a management role within the education publishing or EdTech domain. - Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Data-driven mindset, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Mastery of CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. - Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh as necessary.
