. Oversee and manage incoming requests, ensuring timely triage, assignment, and resolution of client inquiries

. Manage and mentor the drafting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

. Contribute to initiatives to standardize, scale, and automate processes across the team

. Drive continuous improvements in data management and workflow optimization

. Play a key role in shaping the future of the drafting and operations function within Capital Raising and Client Relations.

The Successful Applicant

. Strong academic credentials and fluency in English (written and spoken)

. 5-7 years of experience in the Private Markets industry is required.
