Role Overview: As part of the Founder's Office, you will work like an extension of the founder/ founder's office helping drive strategy, operations, and execution across multiple functions. This is not a typical internship. It's high ownership, high learning, and high intensity. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the founder/ founder's office/ leaadership team in day-to-day operations, strategy, and execution - Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis - Help with project coordination, vendor follow-ups, and client communication - Prepare high-quality documents: decks, reports, proposals, SOPs - Support marketing, partnerships, and business development activities - Work closely with tech, design, and operations teams to move things faster - Take ownership of small internal projects and deliver end-to-end - Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Skills and Qualifications: 1. Hustle mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to get hands dirty 2. Strong communication, research, and organisational skills 3. Ability to multitask and execute with speed 4. Interest in real estate, construction, startups, or operations is a plus 5. Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, and PPT etc. 6.
