Reporting To: Founder/CEO
Join us as a Founder's Office Intern, where you'll work directly with the company's leadership to plan daily activities, manage schedules, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This internship is ideal for dedicated individuals who can contribute full-time and are seeking intensive real-world experience working at the heart of a fast-paced business. College-going candidates or those unable to commit full-time need not apply.
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Founder in planning and organizing the daily agenda.Manage schedules, book appointments, plan travel, and coordinate logistics.Support with operational tasks and prioritize activities based on urgency.Handle confidential matters professionally.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for timely task execution.Prepare calendars, reminders, and documentation as needed.Contribute to improving day-to-day workflow and problem-solving.Requirements
Ready to commit to a full-time, six-month role with a proactive attitude.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and professionalism, especially when handling confidential tasks.Detail-oriented with a knack for quick problem-solving.Previous experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or coordination preferred.Proficient with digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
