At Babybillion, you’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation, ownership, and impact are celebrated.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Founder’s Office Intern who will work closely with the Founders on strategic, operational, and research-driven initiatives. This is a high-visibility role where each task contributes directly to the company’s growth, making it perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.You will play a key role in problem-solving, execution, documentation, and cross-team coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Research & AnalysisConduct detailed research on industry insights, new business opportunities, and relevant trendsPrepare concise summaries, briefing documents, and presentations for leadershipAssist the founders in evaluating new ideas, markets, and partnerships2. Project & Operations SupportHelp manage ongoing projects by tracking progress and ensuring timelines are metCoordinate activities across teams — Product, Design, Sales, HR, and MarketingMaintain documents, reports, trackers, and project sheets3. Communication & ExecutionSupport the founders in preparing communication decks, emails, proposals, and meeting notesParticipate in internal meetings and discussions, capturing key action itemsFollow up with teams and ensure tasks are completed as per goals4. Creative & Business AssistanceBrainstorm ideas for new initiatives and help with executionAssist in planning campaigns, events, or special projectsIdentify improvements across workflows and recommend solutionsWho We’re Looking ForStrong analytical thinking and research skillsExcellent communication (written & verbal)Highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quicklyA problem-solver with initiative and ownership mindsetProficient in MS Office / Google WorkspacePrior experience in strategy, operations, or project work is a plusWhat You Will LearnHow founders think, plan, and execute at a fast-growing companyEnd-to-end exposure to strategy, operations, and decision-makingHow to manage cross-functional projects and solve real business challenges
