Job Description Founder's Office Intern (Strategy, Operations & Growth) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Company: Fast Code AI Duration: 3 months Start Date: Immediate Fast Code AI is a fast-growing applied-AI startup working with global enterprises like Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, Aramco and more. We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our Founder and the Founder's Office team to support strategic initiatives, operations and partnerships. It's not a traditional internship - it's a high-ownership, fast-paced, cross-functional role suited for someone who wants to learn how a deep-tech company scales from the inside. What You'll Work On 1. Strategy & Partnerships Research potential clients, partners, and markets Support outreach: drafting emails, messaging, ICP research Assist in building pitch decks, proposals, and case studies 2. Operations & Internal Processes Support HR/ops tasks (onboarding, documentation, trackers) Manage internal workflows, follow-ups, and timelines Coordinate with teams across engineering, design, and marketing 3.
