Avishi Center is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based organization dedicated to providing intervention services for children with Autism and other neurological disorders. Our evidence-based methodology focuses on the development of the child while empowering parents through tailored programs and teaching procedures. We aim to enhance both child and family functioning through specialized behavior analysis and therapy.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist, located in Bengaluru. The Behavioral Therapist will work directly with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based interventions and behavior management strategies. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and training family members. Daily tasks include one-on-one sessions with children, data collection, and collaborating with other professionals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

- Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
- Knowledge of Psychology and experience working with children
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or degrees in ABA are preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
