Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Behavioral Therapist located on-site in Bengaluru. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating children with behavioral issues, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and providing guidance and support to parents and caregivers. The Behavioral Therapist will also document and maintain detailed records of each child's progress.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and experience in Psychology
  • Experience in Working With Children
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Certification or licensure as a Behavioral Therapist is a plus
