Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate must be based in Bangalore and ready to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities within Bangalore. This role involves Telecalling, client acquisition, relationship management, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Telecalling, networking, and local client visits.
- Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and presentations in Bangalore.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and business development progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Telecalling, negotiation, and client handling abilities
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
