We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in assigned territories, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of products/services.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
