The Role: The Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing and managing both online and offline marketing activities to build brand awareness, drive leads, and support sales growth. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, digital knowledge, and on-ground marketing execution skills. Key responsibilities: Online Marketing - Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, influencers, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website). - Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and product listings. - Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. - Manage SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities with internal or external teams. - Build online brand visibility and drive lead generation, website conversions, and repeat engagement. Offline Marketing: - Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, including dentist outreach programs, dental events, and retail promotions. - Coordinate in-clinic branding, product demos, and sampling drives. - Support participation in dental conferences, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns. - Manage marketing collaterals brochures, standees, display materials, and kits. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with field requirements. Additional Responsibilities: - Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. - Research competitor marketing strategies and propose innovative ideas. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing execution and feedback collection. - Maintain vendor coordination for printing, logistics, and branding materials. Required qualification and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 13 years of experience in digital and field marketing (FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods preferred). - Hands-on knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, and influencer collaboration. - Strong communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills. - Willingness to travel for events, brand activities.
