Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are looking for an GL Accountant- US Shift with 5 years of experience in accounting domain. Requirements - Participate in month-end close processes, such as preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations - Perform analytics over financial results to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements - Reconcile cash transactions on a daily basis in Netsuite - Review daily credit card transactions in Brex to ensure proper GL coding - Perform Blackline administrative tasks to ensure roles and responsibilities are appropriately assigned to the correct team members - Investigate reporting discrepancies and communicate issues as they occur in a timely manner - Prepare supporting documentation for quarterly reviews, annual audit, and SOX compliance. - Bachelor's degree in accounting required. - Able to apply knowledge of US GAAP, with a general understanding of SOX. - Self-motivated; dependable with deliverables and deadlines; able to multitask. - Confidence, good judgment, energy and personality to work in a fast-paced environment.across all levels of management and across functions and geographies.
