Presales Solution Architect – Cloud, Infrastructure & Automation Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad | Experience: 10+ Years | Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are expanding our Presales & Solutions team and are looking for a highly skilled Presales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automation . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end presales solutioning for Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Automation, and Managed Services opportunities — working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to develop winning solutions, proposals, and client presentations. Key Responsibilities Lead the solution design, estimation, and architecture for large-scale Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure Managed Services deals. Build automation-driven operational models leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code, AIOps, and DevOps toolchains. Develop high-quality proposals, response decks, and client presentations articulating technical and business value. Collaborate with AWS, Azure, and GCP partners to create differentiated Cloud and Automation offerings. Conduct client discovery workshops , due diligence sessions, and transition planning exercises. Translate customer business challenges into scalable architectures and operating models . Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with capability strengths. Support bid defenses, orals, and client presentations with strong storytelling and executive communication. Skills & Experience 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Automation, including at least 5+ years in a Presales or Solution Architect role. Strong understanding of Cloud migration , Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) , DevOps , AIOps , and Service Management . Experience in building TCO/ROI models , solution decks, and value propositions. Excellent English communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills – non-negotiable. Strong ability to simplify complex technology concepts and present them effectively to CXO-level audiences. Certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect , ITIL , or TOGAF preferred.
