Presales Solution Architect – Cloud, Infrastructure & AutomationLocation: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad | Experience: 10+ Years | Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are expanding our Presales & Solutions team and are looking for a highly skilled Presales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end presales solutioning for Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Automation, and Managed Services opportunities — working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to develop winning solutions, proposals, and client presentations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the solution design, estimation, and architecture for large-scale Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure Managed Services deals.Build automation-driven operational models leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code, AIOps, and Dev Ops toolchains.Develop high-quality proposals, response decks, and client presentations articulating technical and business value.Collaborate with AWS, Azure, and GCP partners to create differentiated Cloud and Automation offerings.Conduct client discovery workshops, due diligence sessions, and transition planning exercises.Translate customer business challenges into scalable architectures and operating models.Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with capability strengths.Support bid defenses, orals, and client presentations with strong storytelling and executive communication.Skills & Experience15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Automation, including at least 5+ years in a Presales or Solution Architect role.Strong understanding of Cloud migration, Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), Dev Ops, AIOps, and Service Management.Experience in building TCO/ROI models, solution decks, and value propositions.Excellent English communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills – non-negotiable.Strong ability to simplify complex technology concepts and present them effectively to CXO-level audiences.Certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, or TOGAF preferred.
