Presales Solution Architect - Cloud, Infrastructure & Automation Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are expanding our Presales & Solutions team and are looking for a highly skilled Presales Solution Architect with deep expertise in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automation. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end presales solutioning for Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Automation, and Managed Services opportunities - working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to develop winning solutions, proposals, and client presentations. Key Responsibilities - Lead the solution design, estimation, and architecture for large-scale Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure Managed Services deals. - Build automation-driven operational models leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code, AIOps, and DevOps toolchains. - Develop high-quality proposals, response decks, and client presentations articulating technical and business value. - Collaborate with AWS, Azure, and GCP partners to create differentiated Cloud and Automation offerings. - Conduct client discovery workshops, due diligence sessions, and transition planning exercises. - Translate customer business challenges into scalable architectures and operating models. - Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable, cost-effective, and aligned with capability strengths. - Support bid defenses, orals, and client presentations with strong storytelling and executive communication. Skills & Experience - 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Automation, including at least 5+ years in a Presales or Solution Architect role. - Strong understanding of Cloud migration, Infra-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), DevOps, AIOps, and Service Management. - Experience in building TCO/ROI models, solution decks, and value propositions. - Excellent English communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills - non-negotiable. - Strong ability to simplify complex technology concepts and present them effectively to CXO-level audiences. - Certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, or TOGAF preferred.
