Role Description

- Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute the annual global brand and marketing plan, designing high-impact strategies to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales, while aligning with company goals.
- Campaign Management: Develop and lead dynamic multi-channel campaigns to achieve maximum reach and impact.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Conducted in-depth market research to uncover trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, and generated leads through LinkedIn and Email Marketing.
- Brand Management: Ensure flawless brand consistency across all touchpoints, aligning messaging with the companys global vision.
- Partnerships & Events: Forge strategic alliances with industry leaders, influencers, and associations, and elevate brand presence through participation in premier events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications

- Master&aposs Degree: MBA (Marketing, Sales & Power Management)
- Graduate: B.Tech (Energy, Power Management, Electricals, Mechanical)
