Position Area Sales Manager 1 Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase revenue market share and customer penetration in the assigned territory 2 Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts key clients and stakeholders while identifying and closing new opportunities with potential customers 3 Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and successful sales execution 4 Analyse sales data market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and guide strategy development 5 Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets 6 Identify and prioritize market segments and alternative channel opportunities for Industrial sales 7 Develop and maintain deep product and service knowledge to effectively present and sell to customers 8 Represent the company at industry events and conferences while staying informed on industry trends and best practices Required Experience Qualification 1 Experience in selling industrial paints welding industry products equipment abrasives safety products powder coating paints painting equipment adhesives powder coating equipment and industrial touch-up paints 2 Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth 3 Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience preferably within the manufacturing industry 4 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and mentor a sales team 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with expertise in building rapport and negotiating effectively 6 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions 7 Solid knowledge of sales and marketing principles including market research and analysis 8 Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or a related field a Master s degree is an advantage
