Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager/District Manager (ASM/DM), located in Pune. The ASM/DM will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
