Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer Strategy Manager to lead the growth of our beauty and fashion brands across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. This role blends content strategy, influencer collaboration, trend tracking, and cross-platform execution to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital beauty space.

Responsibilities

- Conduct research into what beauty and fashion brands are doing across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Analyze and share insights on high-performing content formats, trends, and tactics.
- Develop a cross-platform content strategy that repurposes Instagram Reels effectively for YouTube Shorts and other channels.
- Create engaging and shareable content plans tailored specifically for YouTube Shorts.
- Stay updated on YouTube Shorts trends, rules, and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to identify relevant creators who align with the brand's tone and trends.
- Guide influencers on brand alignment and ensure their content fits seamlessly into our broader storytelling.
- Develop presentations and strategy decks showcasing key social media trends and competitor activity.
- Work with the creative team to turn insights into compelling visuals and actionable plans.
- Continuously monitor social media trends, especially within the beauty industry, to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media strategy and execution across platforms.
- Deep understanding of the beauty industry and digital content trends.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and creative teams.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and trend monitoring platforms.
