Finance & Numbers - Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasting. - Keep control on company spending and financial planning. 5. Clients & Business Relations - Maintain strong relations with clients and partners. - Attend important meetings, negotiations, and discussions. - Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. 6. HR & People Management - Handle hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits. - Resolve employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline. - Ensure HR documentation, attendance, and compliance are in order. 7. Business Vigilance - Stay updated on every important activity, document, or deal. - Make sure nothing moves without your knowledge. - Protect company interests at all times. What You Need to Succeed - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - Solid experience in digital + performance marketing. - Understanding of operations, HR, finance, and sales. - Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability. - High ownership — someone who treats the company like their own.
