Job Description Your role Role Objective: To deliver exceptional customer service for domestic clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction & Support - Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status. 2. Order Management - Process orders using ERP systems, manage invoicing, and coordinate dispatches. - Liaise with production teams to follow up on material availability. - Ensure accurate entry of all mandatory order details, including customer category, segment, and sales personnel information. - Follow up on payments and coordinate with the Finance Team for accurate posting. 3. Issue Resolution - Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely resolution. 4. Data Accuracy & Documentation - Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions. - Prepare reports on customer feedback, order status, and service performance. To succeed, you will need Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline. - 1-3 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
