- Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
- Versant Score: Level 4 or 5
- Process: Customer Support – Voice (Escalation Desk)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: 1 day rotational
Shift Timings:
Females: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Males: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
For Freshers
- CTC: 21,000 per month
- Take Home: 16,200 per month
- Quarterly Bonus: 4,200
- CTC: Up to 25,000 per month
- Take Home: Up to 20,200 per month
- Quarterly Bonus: 4,200
- Freshers: 19,000 (Take Home)
- Experienced: 22,000 (Take Home)
