Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located at our office in Kottayam location. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with their matchmaking journey, maintaining records, providing personalized service, and promoting available services to enhance user satisfaction. The role demands strong communication and multitasking skills to effectively manage client relationships. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience. - Strong oral and written Communication skills to assist and engage effectively with customers. - Basic Sales skills to promote services and convert inquiries into memberships. - Ability to work in a team environment and build long-term client relationships. - Experience or knowledge in matrimonial or customer service industries is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent educational qualification is preferred. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
