Axiom Care is a leading mobile and laptop service centre, known for providing high-quality repair and maintenance services with a focus on customer satisfaction. We are expanding our customer support team and looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly **Telecalling Executive** to handle daily communication and coordination with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound service-related calls** from customers with professionalism and clarity
- Provide accurate **service rates and information** for various repairs and maintenance
- **Schedule device pickups** through our partnered courier services and coordinate with logistics teams
- Make **outbound calls** to update customers on service status, approvals, and follow-ups
- Maintain proper call records, update CRM systems, and ensure smooth customer communication
- Coordinate with technicians, service teams, and front office staff to ensure timely service
- Address customer concerns politely and escalate unresolved issues to the manager if needed
- Manage **all incoming and outgoing calls** related to the service centre, including institutional clients

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **telecalling/customer service minimum 1 year** (preferred in electronics/service sector)
- Graduate in any bachelor degree
- Excellent **communication skills** in English, Hindi, and local language
- Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
