**WALK IN INTERVIEW ON ON 17th Monday at 2pm - 3pm**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele Callers for our Voice Process. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
- Introduce company products/services to potential customers and educate them about the benefits.
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products/services.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed established KPIs and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹15,463.39 per month
