Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients. - Provide information about products and services to potential customers. - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database. - Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent communication flow. - Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Good listening skills and attention to detail. - Time management and organizational skills.
