We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth through effective strategies and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
